Mumbai: After incessant rainfall, waterlogging was seen in the Mumbai suburb of Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra. The Regional Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for the Mumbai city and Palghar district today and warned of extremely heavy rainfall at isolated places in Konkan, Maharashtra.
