The police will use the DNA test results to identify the offender. Akhilesh Yadav, the president of the Samajwadi Party, recently requested a DNA test.

When the girl’s condition worsened, the rape victim was referred from Ayodhya District Hospital to Queen Mary’s Hospital in Lucknow. Under heavy police guard, the victim was admitted to the Lucknow hospital on Monday.

Leader of the Samajwadi Party Moid Khan and his servant Raju Khan are accused of raping a 12-year-old girl after luring her in with a job offer at their bakery. The alleged act of rape caused worldwide indignation. The victim also accused them of recording the wrongdoing. When the girl told her family she was having stomach pains, the case became public. An investigation revealed that she was expecting a child.

The lawsuit said that for two months, the accused repeatedly sexually assaulted the girl and threatened to kill her if she told anybody.

A short while later, the police apprehended Moid Khan and Raju Khan.

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, also brought up in the state Assembly the case of Moid Khan, the leader of the SP and the primary suspect in the minor’s rape. He declared that no one would escape punishment.

The local authorities had already destroyed Moid Khan’s bakery. Additionally, representatives from the Food Safety Department raided it, confiscated everything, and sealed it.
