Haryana: Ahlawat Khap and sports lovers organised a programme in Jhajjar. Olympian Wrestler Vinesh Phogat, who attended the programme in Dighal village of Jhajjar on Khap’s call, talked to the media and said, “On the question of leaving this sport, the thought is still in my mind because it is not so easy for any player to leave the sport.”

She added, “It’s not easy at all for me, either. Whatever has happened to me has caused (me) an emotional breakdown. I don’t know how I will recover from that. My body is fine, but my mental level is completely shaken. The day I sit quietly, alone, I may decide my future and what to do next.
