Winter Action Plan Launched to Deal with Winter Pollution in Delhi

Delhi: Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said, “If we look at the level of pollution inside Delhi in 12 months, the level of pollution is continuously decreasing, but the pollution in winter, especially in November and December, reaches a huge peak.” Considering this, the government is working on several winter action plans. Different departments have been given this responsibility. To control the pollution caused by firecrackers, this ban will remain in force from the day of this notification until January 1, 2025, informed the Minister.
