Mumbai: The Leela Mumbai decorates its lobby with flower-rangoli for the Onam festival celebration on Sunday.

Onam is a harvest festival in Kerala celebrated with a multi-course dinner known as Onam Sadhya, traditionally served on a banana leaf.

The Onam Pookalam is a colourful rangoli designed with fresh flowers. Traditionally, families rise before sunrise to make their Pookalam to decorate the doorway. The adornment is thought to invite the kind and loving King Mahabali and spread prosperity and abundance throughout the harvest season.
