Mumbai: Bollywood’s hearthrob, Kartik Aaryan, appears to be vacationing in Ladakh, the country of high passes. He tweeted a photo of the stunning view from his hotel room.
Kartik resorted to Instagram stories to share two photos from his vacation. The first photo was of the Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white-domed stupa on a mountaintop in Chanspa, Leh district, Ladakh.
He then tweeted a photo from his hotel room showing the mountains and a brilliant blue sky. The actor did not write a caption but included the geo-tag “Leh Ladakh -The Land of High Passes.”
Last month, reports spread that the actor was letting out his Rs 17.5 crore Juhu apartment for a hefty Rs 4.5 lakh monthly rental.
According to a real estate website, the property was registered for a stamp fee of Rs 42,500.
The Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing Society flat has 1,912 square feet. On June 30, 2024, Aaryan purchased the home together with his mother, Mala Tiwari, for Rs 17.5 crore.
The acquisition cost Rs 1.05 crore in stamp duty and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, which included two parking places. According to data from the real estate website, the apartment’s rental yield is 3.1%.
Kartik is renowned for successful films such as ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, and ‘Chandu Champion’.
He will next appear in the third part of the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ franchise, which premiered in 2007 and starred Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Joshi, Asrani, and Vikram Gokhale. The third installment, starring Vidya and Triptii Dimri, is expected to be released this Diwali.
