ME NEWS BUREAU: British Prime Minister Theresa May reshuffled her cabinet for the third time in a year as she infused some fresh faces and making changes in some of the departments.

Theresa May is feeling the heat from within and outside the government as three Ministers were forced to resign from the post, resulted in rising talks on the credibility of the government where May also draws flak from her own Conservative Party. There are even talks that she may be replaced by any other senior Ministers to sail the ship smoothly.

Cabinet reshuffle paved way for the end of one of the traditional system as there is no more ‘First Secretary’, which is often considered to be as the deputy PM, in Theresa May government. Justice secretary David Lidlington takes over from Damien Green, who resigned due to sex allegations, as the new Minister for the Cabinet office who will also get all the duties of a First Secretary.

David will get all the duties that were handled by Damien Green and also to chair the multiple Brexit committees.

David Guake is being appointed as the Secretary of State for Justice.

Jeremy hunt, largely expected to become as the First Secretary, kept his Health department where he  felt a promotion when he was directed to take care of the Social Care also.

Meanwhile the cabinet reshuffling suffered a severe setback when Justin Greening resigned from the government, protesting over May’s decision to take back Education department from her. Greening refused to take up the new role of work and pensions secretary.

Changes effected on the heads of Conservative Party along with cabinet reshuffle as Brandon Lewis was appointed as the new Party Chairman after Patrick McLoughlin stepped down as the Chairman.
