Media Eye News Bureau: British designer Stella McCartney's dropped her Autumn or Pre-Fall 2018 collection in Los Angeles. The women's collection was heavy on pattern and animal prints. McCartney’s entire line is vegan but still offers high quality fur free fur coats to create a fashion statement.
Her menswear collection showcased a similar theme with patterns and prints but more uniform like with the animal prints being in sharper focus as full-on camouflage patterns on pullover V-neck sweaters or fuzzy cardigans and so on. Other designs included chevrons and diagonal stripes on track jackets and work shirts.
She introduced a collection of sustainably designed sneakers called ‘Loop’ that are made using stretch-knit uppers that are stitched to bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane soles made from renewable resources.
The event marked the presence of major A-Listers with all the Beatles’ Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, Goldie Hawn and her daughter Kate Hudson, Michael Keaton, Paris Jackson, Selma Blair, Amy Poehler, Katy Perry, U2's the Edge, Emma Roberts, Christina Aguilera, Keirnan Shipka and James Corden among others.
