Media Eye News Bureau: Indian bowler Jaydev Unadkat steals the show at the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction when Rajasthan Royals bought him for a whopping 11.5 crore, the expensive bid for an Indian player.

Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fought hard neck-and-neck for Unadkat while Rajasthan Royals made a last minute attempt to make a deal, and brought him home.

Manish Pandey and Lokesh Rahul were the most expensive Indians at the auction on Saturday as they were sold for identical price of Rs 11 crore.

Surprisingly, Unadkat was more expensive than even star New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult who was bought by Delhi Daredevils for a mere Rs 2.2 crore.
