Media Eye News Bureau: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is set to visit Saudi Arabia from February 6-8, 2018 to inaugurate the Janadriyah festival of the Gulf nation on February 7, 2018.
“We greatly value our close and deep rooted civilizational and strategic relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have no doubt that India's participation in this festival will take our relationship to new heights.” said Minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh.
Saudi Arabia is a major source of India's energy requirement and India's crude oil requirement. Further, the Gulf country is also home to more than 3 million Indian people and has held great ties with India as well.
