AIADMK leader and VK Sasikala's nephew TTV Dhinakaran has formed his political party in Tamil Nadu today.
Dhinakaran announced his new political outfit, Amma Makkal Munetra Kazhagam, in Madurai, the political capital of Tamil Nadu. Dhinakaran asserts that his party will work according to the ideologies and aims of former chief minister late J. Jayalalithaa.
Thousands gathered to witness the launch of the new political party while huge banners of Jayalalithaa, MGR and Sasikala were put on display near the venue as well. Dhinakaran has released a new flag as well which features Jayalalithaa in it.
Dhinakaran's arrival with the new political party comes at a time when Tamil Superstar Kamal Haasan launched his new party 'Makkal Needhi Maiam" and global star Rajinikanth announced his plans to enter into politics as well.
The RK Nagar MLA's party launching coincides with the budget day in Tamil Nadu and he also stated that his new political plans have the blessings of "Amma"( Jayalalithaa) and "Chinnamma" (Sasikala) as well.
