Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to tie the knot in May. However, it seems like they may not have a prenuptial agreement, despite the substantial assets between them, the reason being that prenups aren’t a common practice for anyone in the U.K and that historically even, the members of the royal family have not had them.

Besides, prenups can’t be legally enforced in the U.K. courts. However, judges do consider them during a divorce trial, so they’re not without purpose, but they don’t carry as much weight as they would in the United States, where they are legally recognized.

Both Harry and Meghan have hefty individual bank accounts with Harry’s funds being in a trust left to him by his late mother, Princess Diana, and Meghan, from her starring role on Suits over the course of seven seasons.
