Lana Del Rey and the British band Radiohead were locked in a dispute for quite sometime now and she had stated that they were suing her over similarities between her song, Get Free, and their hit Creep.
She claimed that Radiohead had rejected her offer of 40% of the song's royalties and were demanding 100%.
The band's publishers however, denied taking legal action, but confirmed that they had asked for a writing credit to be added to the song.
Del Rey apparently confirmed that the dispute had been settled during her performance at the Lollapalooza festival in Sao Paolo, Brazil, where she performed Get Free in her encore, after which Del Rey lit a cigarette and told fans, “Now that my lawsuit's over, I guess I can sing that song any time I want, right?”
