BSF to put laser rays in

Border security force (BSF) plans to use laser rays for tightening security in borders covering Bangladesh in Tripura. BSF officials said that they are considering putting laser based invisible borders at areas where fences are not possible in wetlands and rivers.

The new laser plan is also due in consideration to use in Assam's international border Dhubri to restrict border infiltration. Lasers had already deployed in Punjab and Jammu where the borders touching Pakistan and it was analysed that the laser method yielded success.

The union government had shown a green signal to install iron fence along the 856 km long Bangladesh border in Tripura. Now the new laser rays will add more security in Indian borders.
