Kerala began celebrations for Eid-ul-Fitr, which marks the end of the fasting month of Ramzan, as the moon was sighted in Kozhikode. But the rest of the country awaits for another day as the moon was not sighted yesterday. Remaining parts of the country along with some other country will celebrate Eid on Saturday.
Kerala will be joined by Saudi Arabia and Middle East as those part of the world celebrate the festival today itself.
