Mumbai: It's nice news that the arrest of former Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Indrani Mukerjea, co-founder of INX Media, said today. Mr Chidambaram is accused by the CBI of enabling an enormous infusion of foreign resources into the media business INX Media–established by Indrani Mukerjea and her husband Peter–in 2007, when he was Minister of Finance, following the example of his son Karti.
"It's good news that P Chidambaram has been arrested," Ms Mukerjea told reporters present in a Mumbai court. The Mukerjeas, who are in prison in Mumbai for the murder of Indrani's daughter Sheena Bora, named Mr Chidambaram and his son. Indrani Mukerjea, who turned approver in the case in July, has allegedly revealed her meeting with the Chidambarams
