Members of the Sikh Community marched here on Monday to protest the abduction and violent conversion of Sikh women in Pakistan. The march started here from Teen Murti Marg, culminated at Pakistan High Commission in solidarity with the Sikh women  who were supposedly kidnapped and converted to Islam before being married to a Muslim person in Punjab province of Pakistan and demanding justice for her.

The Sikh community members wanted to submit a memorandum at the Pakistan High Commission, But , they were stopped. This irked the Sikhs who launched massive protests near the premises of the Pakistan High Commission. The agitators also burnt an effigy of the Pakistan Chief Minister Imran Khan and raised slogans like 'Stop forceful conversion of Minorities in Pakistan'.
