Sharad Pawar, leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), spoke to a public rally in Satara on Friday amid heavy rains. Terming rain as God's blessing, he said the NCP will perform a miracle in the district of Satara. "During the Lok Sabha elections, I picked the wrong candidate. I openly accept it. But I'm glad that Satara people are waiting for October 21 to correct the error," he said. The state will go to polls on October 21 and the counting of votes will take place on October 24.
