On Thursday, Delhi High Court dismissed the plea filed by one of the convicts in the Nirbhaya trial, Pawan Kumar Gupta, who had moved the court alleging he was a juvenile at the time of the 2012 crime and should be handled under the Juvenile Justice Act.  Following the adjournment of the hearing in the plea filed on Thursday by Nirbhaya case convict Pawan Kumar to January 24, the Delhi High Court today recalled its previous order and said it would be heard today itself after the parents of Nirbhaya raised an objection to the adjournment order.
