New Delhi; Congress leader DK Shivakumar, who was in Tihar for a money laundering case, was granted bail on Rs 25 lakh by the Delhi high court on Wednesday. Shivakumar had played a key role in sheltering Congress's Gujarat lawmakers ahead of a 2017 Rajya Sabha election, displacing them at his outskirts resort in Karnataka capital Bengaluru. It is around this time that assets related to Shivakumar were raided by income tax authorities.
