Indefinite curfew  imposed in Guwahati

Guwahati: An indefinite curfew was imposed in Guwahati and on Wednesday in 10 districts of Assam mobile internet services were suspended as thousands of protesters protested the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill. Among those trapped at Guwahati Airport on Wednesday, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal was in the midst of massive protests over the CAB passed by the Rajya Sabha two days after the Lok Sabha cleared it.
