NRC won't implement in Bihar: Nitish Kumar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar became the first ally of the BJP to refuse to implement the NRC in the state. He called for peace and solidarity among people earlier on Thursday, saying that no wrong will be done to minorities.
