One militant killed in Kashmir's Sopore encounter

One militant killed in a fresh firing between militants and government forces in an ongoing encounter at Warpora village of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, sources said on Friday

As per sources, firing was stopped in order to allow safe passage of civilians around the suspected spot were trapped militants were hiding. After successfully evacuating the civilian gunfight resumed between militants and government forces.

Meanwhile, Mobile internet has been suspended in Sopore for precautionary measures.
