The Assam and Services Ranji Trophy match saw a roadblock on Day 4 due to the city curfew imposed after the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill protests. The game - in which hosts were in the middle of their series-opener against the Services Sports Control Board (SSCB) - was suspended. "The state association has advised us not to go ahead with the game. Players and officials of the match are advised to stay in the hotel. At this stage, the safety of the players and the officials of the match is paramount",according to BCCI GM.
