SC will hear petition from Shiv Sena, Cong & NCP at 11.30 am today

This morning, the Supreme Court will hear a petition from the Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party against the move of the center to end the rule of the president and the move of the governor to invite Devendra Fadnavis to form a government. The petition will be heard by a three-judge court. The BJP made a stunning comeback in Maharashtra on Saturday, with some deft political maneuvering that saw the changing sides of Ajit Pawar from the Nationalist Congress Party.
