It is really important to include fruits and vegetables in one’s diet, as it is seen that they can be significantly beneficial for one’s overall health. Some fruits that can be eaten without removing their peels are peaches, pears, plums, grapes, apples, guavas, and oranges with their white-colored skin. Thus, to conclude it is seen that unpeeled fruits and vegetables can not only increase one’s daily intake of nutrients but also helps one in losing weight as well. Fruits and vegetables have always been nutritious, but it is important to note that these food items are even more healthy and nutritious with their peels, they also help in increasing immunity and making the body stronger to fight against any diseases.
