Police register case agai

On Sunday, the Delhi Police registered a case against the owner of the factory in north Delhi, where a devastating fire killed 43 employees. Police said a case under section 304 of IPC (culpable homicide not amounting to murder punishable with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years) has been registered. The case has been transferred to crime branch. Monika Bhardwaj, Delhi Police DCP North, said the building's owner Rehan, is reportedly absconding. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met today with the injured who were admitted to the hospital of LNJP. The government of Delhi has provided compensation for the families of the deceased as well as for those seriously injured. A magisterial inquiry into the incident was also ordered by the government and a report was sought within seven days.
