Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal launched an attack on PM Modi after the NDA government rejected the Collegium suggestion to uplift  Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice K.M. Joseph as Supreme Court Judge.

Kejriwal expressed his anguish on twitter and said that the PM is treating the Judiciary in the same manner as he treats Delhi government.

Kejriwal always wages a battle with the centre as he alleges the Modi led government stealing all the powers of AAP govt in Delhi including the appointment of govt employees and their transfers.

Earlier on yesterday the central govt had rejected the Collegium suggestion to uplift Justice K.M. Joseph to the Supreme Court citing Kerala has enough representation in the top court as well as there are many more senior judges ahead of Justice Joseph.
