Jharkhand government opens Baidyanath Jyotirlinga for public

Jharkhand: Government of Jharkhand has opened Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple for devotees. However, government sources clarified that it is open only for the residents of Jharkhand for now and not more than 50 people in an hour will be allowed. Circular issued by the authorities’ state that entry to the temple should preferably be done only through an online system. Visitors to the temple will not be allowed to stay beyond four hours within the temple premises.

Devotees will need to adhere to strict guidelines to minimize the chances of getting infected by Covid-19. Visitors need to maintain social distancing and follow all guidelines set down by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
