Given the cases of adulteration in food items, the Yogi government has taken a big decision.

It has now been made mandatory to display the nameplates of the owners of hotels and dhabas in UP.

Dhaba owners said that the Yogi government’s decision is commendable. Rajkumar Jain, owner of Himachal Shuddh Dhaba, noted that the order is very good and will be followed.

Mohammad Intasar, who runs ‘Indian Family Dhaba’ on Saharanpur-Ambala Road, said that incidents like spitting and mixing urine on food items are wrong. This gives a bad name to all dhabas.

Sumit Dhiman, who runs Shivaay Dhaba on Nakur Road, Saharanpur, also supported the state government’s decision to verify the people working in dhabas.
