Gprnt is a digital platform that simplifies collecting, accessing, and reporting environmental, social, and governance data.
Mumbai: In a significant step toward boosting corporate sustainability, the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s digital ESG platform, Gprnt, released its inaugural disclosure and marketplace offerings on Wednesday.
According to a statement, the disclosure tool utilises artificial intelligence to automate the measurement of a company’s Scope 1 and 2 emissions, simplifying initial reporting for small and medium enterprises.
Scope 1 is direct emissions from sources that an organisation controls, while Scope 2 is indirect emissions beyond its control.
The statement further said that this free-to-use tool integrates with government databases and private sector solutions, offering easy baseline ESG data generation.
The launch underscores Gprnt’s continued collaboration with strategic partners Ant International and MUFG Bank.
Gprnt is also supported by Microsoft and the newly established Global Finance and Technology Network, which support the platform’s scalability.
“While many companies recognise the importance of ESG reporting, the process can be daunting, particularly for SMEs,” said GFTN Chairman Ravi Menon. “Gprnt provides a user-friendly, automated solution to kickstart their sustainability journey.”
Its marketplace tool acts as a one-stop shop for sustainability solutions. This curated platform leverages an intelligent recommendation engine to connect businesses with relevant tools and resources based on their unique needs.

With 78 sustainability solutions already onboarded, the tool covers carbon accounting, energy optimisation, green financing and capacity building.
“The fragmented landscape of sustainability solutions can be overwhelming for businesses,” said Lim Tuang Liang, government chief sustainability officer at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment.
“Gprnt’s Marketplace streamlines this process, allowing SMEs to find solutions that align with their specific sustainability goals.”
With its focus on simplifying ESG reporting and connecting businesses to relevant solutions, Gprnt represents a significant step forward for Singapore’s sustainability ambitions.
The platform is expected to enable companies to implement impactful sustainability strategies and contribute to the region’s transition towards a greener future.
