Mumbai: The entire country is celebrating the grand festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.
On this occasion, Lord Ganesha was also given an emotional farewell with great joy at the house of television actor and anchor Arjun Bijlani.
Arjun Bijlani told IANS that it has been 12 years since he has been celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. Every year, this festival seems as auspicious and exciting as before. “We start the celebration with great joy, and after visarjan (immersion of the idol), we like to visit our friends and relatives,” He said.
The actor added, “Lord Ganesha loves natural things, so we used only natural flowers in our decorations this year. This added a simple yet divine touch to the entire celebration. Also, I made modaks (a sweet) for Ganpati Bappa with my hands, and it was a great experience.”
