The Disney Channel announced its film Descendants 3 which is set to release on the channel in summer 2019. The movie is based on the story of the teenage sons and daughters of Disney's most infamous villains.
The cast includes Dove Cameron as Mal, Cameron Boyce as Carlos, Sofia Carson as Evie, Booboo Stewart as Jay, Mitchell Hope as King Ben and China Anne McClain as Uma.
The film is set to be helmed by director Kenny Ortega who is also the executive producer and choreographer for the franchise. He has previously directed High School Musical.
