Media Eye News Bureau: Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan’s debut Bollywood film may not have hit the screens yet but he seems to have already bagged his second Hindi project.  Dulquer reportedly co-star alongside Sonam Kapoor in the film adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's novel The Zoya Factor.

The film will be directed by Abhishek Sharma, who had previously directed the comedy Tere Bin Laden. It was confirmed on social media by Sonam Kapoor herself that she would be doing the film and expressed that she was ‘super excited’ to be a part of it.

It is also reported that while Dulquer has liked the script and has committed to the project, he is yet to sign on the dotted line and that, if he comes on board, he is likely to play the captain of the Indian cricket team.

While the actress is currently busy with the promotions of R Balki’s PadMan and filming her home production, Veere Di Wedding featuring Kareena Kapoor, Dulquer is done shooting his debut Bollywood project, Karwan, which stars Irrfan and Mithila Palkar as well and has been directed by Akarsh Khurana.

However, Rucha Pathak of Fox Star Studios, who is producing the film, did not confirm or deny that Dulquer was in talks to play the male lead as she said, "We are yet to finalise the cast and will soon make the announcement."
