Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee has been released from the hospital and is feeling great, as he said, “All I really want to do is tell you that I'm feeling great.” He added, “I'm glad I spent that evening in the hospital. It did me a lot of good. It probably did my fans a lot of good. It kept me off their backs for the evening. But I'm feeling good now and I can't wait to get in there and tangle with all the competition.”

Lee was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after suffering shortness of breath and an irregular heartbeat.

Lee is responsible for the creation of iconic Marvel characters such as Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, the X-Men, and Black Panther. He has also co-created characters such as Ant-Man, Iron Man, and Thor with writer Larry Lieber.
