Another ones make it as an opportunity to roam around the shops and have a chill…whatever it is, happy news coming up for shopping goers in Mumbai as the highly anticipated Mumbai shopping festival is beginning today, offering many more exciting days ahead.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will inaugurate the shopping fest at 7 pm in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) today.
Shopping festival is being organized by the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) and will be conducted for 20days while to be organized like the model of Dubai shopping festival.
All the main shopping malls and retail brands will be part of the fest while lifestyle items, electronics and even vehicles will be available in the fest.
There will be night bazaars to give shopping experience till early morning. Night bazaars will be open at the JioGarden in BKC on 13, 14 and at the Mind Space in Malad on 19, 20 and at the Hiranandani on 26, 27 till 4 in the morning.
The other main attraction of the fest will be the food trucks that is being made with the co-operation of Food Truck Association of India at the Worli seaface, Malad and at the Mind Space.
'Colour Run' will announce health and happiness while cultural events will be aired in Crawford Market, Worli seaface, Shivaji Park and many other places to showcase the cultural heritage of the state.
