Srinagar: Three people were detained here in the renowned Dal Lake for physically abussing a minor girl on board a' shikara,' police said Friday.
Police got data on Thursday that three people physically abused a minor girl in the Dal Lake region of Hazratbal inside a' shikara.' The accused were the region's local inhabitants.
Acting on the information, the police arrested two accused but the third one managed to escape. However, he was arrested later, the police said.
