Gurugram: A group of eunuchs stolen a pregnant lady and her husband on Friday when they visited their home in the city's upscale Sector 46 area on the pretext of giving them blessings, police said.
A case has been registered at Sector 50 police station and a special team has been formed to probe the incident, the police said.
The lady said her house was visited by three eunuchs and asked for cash. She said her husband offered Rs 2,100 to them, but they requested Rs 21,000. When negotiating, one of the eunuchs allegedly snatched the wallet, containing Rs 10,000, from her husband and fled. Fearing they might be captured by locals, she added, the eunuchs escaped in a vehicle from the place.
