Breaking News: Pak to release Indian jawan today

Heeding to Indian government’s request to release the BSF jawan, who accidently strayed into Pakistan territory on Wednesday while doing a river patrolling in Jammu and Kashmir sector will be released on Friday, the Pak Foreign Ministry informed, late on Thursday evening.

The hectic, behind the scene parleys with top diplomats and army officials of the neighboring country, India managed to secure assurance of paramilitary jawan Satyasheel Yadav’s release on Friday.

The sources in military administration revealed, the jawan had been rigorously questioned for 48 hours by the Pakistan’s Interstate Intelligence Agency (ISI).

The Indian Border Security Force jawan who was swept away by the raging Chenab when his boat developed a technical snag  while doing the river patrolling, into Pakistan territory was detained by the Pak Rangers on Wednesday morning.
