New Delhi: In a strong message, India and Japan have called on Pakistan to take action against terrorist groups operating outside its jurisdiction and to fulfill its obligations to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) anti-terror funding body. The joint statement issued after the meeting of the maiden India-Japan 2 + 2 Defence and Foreign Ministers said, "Ministers stressed the need for all countries to ensure that all territories under their control are not used in any way to launch terrorist attacks against other countries." Other than Pakistan, North Korea, and the South China Sea was also discussed during the meet at Delhi's Hyderabad house.
