All 10 ultras were gunned down in an army operation that repulsed terrorists’ attempt to lay siege to Karachi’s Mohammad Ali Jinnah Airport.
Army has recovered a large cache of arms from the dead terrorists. they were heavily armed with rocket launchers, grenades and automatic rifles, army sources informed. Meanwhile, the congress leader digvijay singh while condemning the pak airport seige said, ‘terror attack in any part of the world should be condemned’.
Firemen are having tough time to douse the fire that errupted during military operation. Army sources said the airport would be operational within 24 hours.
2 rocket launchers, 12 petrol bombs and19 hand grenades were recovered in a night-long army operation as several commandos succumbed to ultras bullets.
The search operation carried out by security agencies ended at 7.40 am on monday.
