On Saturday a Delhi court permitted Congress lawmaker Shashi Tharoor to travel abroad for more than three months. Tharoor is an accused in the murder case of his wife Sunanda Pushkar, and is currently on bail. The court had imposed certain conditions, while granting him bail.
