New Delhi: Asif Muhammad Khan, a former MLA Congress, was booked in protests on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) near Jamia Millia Islamia University on Sunday to "instigate the crowd" against the police. The protests against the CAA took a violent turn after public property on December 15, and an angry mob set fire to private busses around the New Friends Colony area of southern Delhi.
