K & K Social Foundation (Kashmir to Kerala) had their awards night celebration at hotel The Leela, Mumbai on Saturday January 10, 2015. The awards night was held in memory of Late Captain Krishnan Nair, founder of The Leela group of hotels.
The function was attended by dignitaries and Celebrities, more than 1000 audience were there and amongst those present were, His Highness Shirji. Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Dr Karan Singh, Maharaja of Jammu & Kashmir, VS Siva Kumar, Minister of Health, Family Welfare and Devaswon government of Kerala, Mr S Rajendran (IPS), ADGP, Chennai, Mr Francis D’souza, Deputy Chief Minister of Goa, Mr M.A Baby, former Minister of Kerala and Polit bureau member of CPI(M), Mr Mubarak Gul, Speaker, Jammu & Kashmir Assembly, Mr Priyadarshan filmmaker and Mr CGS Mahesh, renowned businessman from Singapore.
The awards were given by the hands of His Highness Shirji. Arvind Singh Mewar. At this occasion Alexander Prince Vaidyan, National President of K & K Social Foundation says, “This is the first time we are having awards in the absence of Late Captain Krishnan Nair. He was our guiding force and we all miss him very much. K & K Social Foundation believes in acknowledging people from different walks of life for their achievements in their respective fields.”
