New Delhi: A Congress delegation including former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and former party leader Rahul Gandhi met here Friday with Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and discussed ways to strengthen ties between the two countries. Rajapaksa arrived here on Friday on his four-day visit to India.
