The sister of former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah has filed a Supreme Court petition challenging his detention under the Public Safety Act (PSA). Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for petitioner Sara Abdullah Pilot on Monday, listed the matter before a bench headed by Justice NV Ramana, for urgent listing.
