We all want assembly elections in Jammu Kashmir to be held in the coming time, a fresh government to be formed and a new chief minister to be founded. I assure the Jammu Kashmir people that you will have a transparent way of electing your representative, "the Prime Minister said. He said the elections to the Assembly will be held in the same transparent manner as the elections to the Panchayat.
