New Delhi: The planned visit to Drass City by President Ram Nath Kovind on Friday was cancelled owing to poor weather. The president was planned to attend today's 20th anniversary Kargil victory celebrations in Drass district town of Kargil. Officials said the function to be presided over by the President, who is the supreme commander of the Armed Forces, will now be held at the Badami Bagh headquarters of the Army's 15 Corps in Srinagar city.
