ME News Bureau: Vijay Mallya's defence team claimed that Indian jails are in a poor condition with rats and cockroaches around. The defence and prosecution submitted all the evidence in the extradiction trail of the liquor baron at a UK court in London. The extradiction trial aims to prove that there are no bars to extradiction and Mallya's has a fair trail in India over his new defunct Kingfisher Airlines alleged default of over Rs 9,000 crore loan from Indian banks.Mallya's team hence wanted to ensure on how thw liquor baron would be treated in Jail and so claimed for poor hygiene.
