Violence erupts in Kerala

Violence erupted in many parts of the Kerala after two women have entered the Sabarimala temple yesterday morning. The BJP and the Yuvamorcha workers hold protest march in many parts of the state.

A man who was injured during clashes died late last night when stones were pelted from the party office of the CPI(M) during the protest march of the Sabarimala Karma Samiti. An umbrella organisation of various right-wing groups has called for a dawn-to-dusk shutdown in the state today. Many shops have been closed forcefully and vehicles are sending back if any in the roads as part of the shutdown.

The secretariat premises in Thiruvananthapuram have been turned into a warfield as hundreds of BJP workers have gathered infront of the secretariat.
